Talks are underway at the Hope, Health, and Healing workshop hosted by Seabird Island. The workshop introduces First Nations Health Authority’s Hope, Health, and Healing toolkit and discusses how communities can begin working towards building a community-oriented response to suicide plan.
Today, participants will be discussing how they can respond to grief and loss, as well as prevention, post-vention protocols and more.

The two-day workshop was open to members from Yale, Chawathil, Skwahlook, Seabird Island ,Shxw’owhamel, Scowlitz, Sts’ailes, Cheam and Peters.
