Child and Youth Out of School Care
The Out of School Care program provides licensed after school care that runs throughout the school year. We support healthy, active lifestyles through promoting a variety of nutritious snacks and daily physical activity. Our staff also assist children with their homework assignments during the program as well as offer learning activities that reinforce what each child is already learning in school.
The Out of School Care facility is fully licensed for up to 130 children. We offer an array of field trips, sports fields, equipment, toys, and activities to expand the horizons of children in our program.

Goal
The goal of the Out of School Care program is to offer low-cost, quality child care for school age children that integrate nutrition, healthy activities, and education.
Am I eligible?
If your child is in Kindergarten or is up to 12 years of age, your child is eligible to enroll in Out of School Care.
What are the costs?
Fees depend on the age of the child.
If your child is in Kindergarten the fee is $27.50 per day.
If your child is in Grade 1 or up the fee is $20.75 per day.
Note:
This price does not include the cost of field trips. Please see our monthly calendar or call our staff for field trip costs.
To reduce the costs of this service, please ensure that you apply for Government Subsidy. If your application for Government Subsidy has been denied please contact our staff.
How can I access this service?
Please complete the below registration form and bring it to the Band Office. You must provide the program with your child's immunization history as well as a current photo of your child before the application will be accepted.
