Pre and Post Natal Class
The Seabird Island Pre and Post Natal program provides group as well as one-on-one educational services for pregnant or new moms of children up to 1 year and their families. A $25 incentive is given to all eligible families who attend.
Goal
Our goal is to start every First Nation’s child’s life as strongly and as healthily as possible by offering parents one-on-one and group education from nurses and First Nations parents.

If you live on one of the following reserves you are eligible to take part in this service:
- Seabird Island
- Chawathil (one-on-one services only)
- Cheam
- Kwaw-Kwaw-Aplit
- Scowlitz
- Shxw’o’hamel
- Skwah
