Seabird Language Nest Preschool (3's)
Located at 8305 Charles Drive Agassiz BC the Seabird Language Nest Preschool is a full Halq’emeylem language immersion program for children who turn 3 by Dec 31. Children learn preschool readiness skills and social skills while being fully immersed in the language.
Goal
Our goal is for children to be fully immersed in the Halq’emeylem language to foster language learning.
Am I eligible?
Aboriginal (First Nations, Metis, Inuit) 3 years of age by December 31st, 2011 and are living on Seabird Island you are eligible for this service.
In the case of not being able to fill our seats with children from Seabird Island, seats will be made available to children from other reserves. Fees may apply, contact us for more information.
