Coordinated Emergency Action Response Service – CEARS

Our Coordinated Emergency Action Response Service provides a 48 hr response time to any (historical or current) incident of sexualized violence or assault. We coordinate various services that is trauma informed and client centred, supporting survivors through their vision of justice and healing.

The Sexualized Violence Response program consists of a Coordinator and an Outreach worker. Our trauma informed approach allows survivors who disclose an incident of SV in a setting where they feel most comfortable and safe. Providing client centred services, we work with survivors to achieve their vision justice and healing through customized care plans that are client driven and supported every step of the way.

To provide a trauma informed environment for survivors of sexualized violence to feel safe coming forward to disclose and incident of sexual assault.
