Out of School Care
The Out of School program is a licensed program for children from kindergarten to 12 years of age. We provide a safe, educational, and fun environment for children to engage in a variety of field trips, sports activities, equipment, toys, and other activities to expand their horizons.
The goal of the Out of School Care program is to offer low-cost, quality child care for school-age children that integrates nutrition, healthy activities, and education.
Hours of Operation
The OOSC program runs from September to June during regular school operational days from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.
We also offer a full-day program for professional development/school closure days (Christmas/Spring Break – days may vary) for Seabird Island School, Kent Elementary, and Harrison Hot Springs Elementary from 7:45 am to 5 pm. These days will need to be pre-booked with the program.
The Summer program is also available to accommodate care needed during the summer months.
Transportation is available upon request from HHS. Bussing and pick-up services are available from Kent and Seabird.
